GymbaROO Lane Cove & Greenwich Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions are in place to provide a fair and consistent service to all enrolled families.

Receipt of your enrolment confirms your acceptance of all Terms and Conditions of enrolment with JKB Staniforth PTY Ltd.

Children are to be supervised at all times by the parent/care-giver.

Full payments must be received at the time of making a booking or placement cannot be reserved.

REFUND AND/OR DEFERMENT POLICY

FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND WILL NOT BE DEFERRED

Once enrolled, if you choose to withdraw from the program, refunds will only be given if we are notified no less than 1 weeks prior to the start of the term.

An administration / cancellation fee of $50 will apply. Once term has commenced, we cannot issue refunds or defer fees to another term if you are unable to complete part of or the entire term.

Transaction Currency - All transactions are processed in Australian dollars (AUD$, AU$, A$)

Lane Cove & Greenwich GYMBAROO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • New Term enrolments are always on a first come first serve basis. Waitlist will then be reviewed.
  • Enrolments continue to be taken at the start and into the new term, for each class based on availability, as class sizes will be capped, then waiting lists will be taken.
  • Mid-term enrolments are most welcome and will be worked out on a pro-rata basis according to the weeks enrolled and available.
  • Enrolment places are securedonce full payment have been received.
  • Priority will be given to clients enrolling for a full 10 weeks.
  • Permanently enrolled clients are entitled to 2 make up classes arranged at a mutually convenient time and to be made up within the current term. THESE ARE NOT GUARANTEED AND ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILBAILITY. 
  • There are no refunds or transfers of fees to another term, unless a special or unforeseen circumstance, that has been discussed and agreed upon with management. Under these circumstances a $30 administration fee for cancellations will apply.
  • A maximum of 2 clients are booked into a class for their make up's, on top of a capped number per class to ensure manageable class sizes. Therefore, please ensure you book in to do your make up's as soon as possible to avoid disappointed due to high demand in the final 2 weeks of term.
  • Make up classes are not guaranteed and no refund will be given if a make up class cannot be given.
  • If you are unable to make your class up, you can also donate it to your friend to attend.
  • Term fees include: insurance, child development handouts, visualisation books, First Steps magazines and the program.
  • Only Children enrolled in the class are allowed to take part. One adult to one child ensures a purposeful and safe lesson.
  • If a sibling it to attend, a $50 fee applies to the sibling for insurance purposes. Please note this doesnt NOT permit the sibling to behave inapropriatly in the gym areas or the classroom. It is the discretion of ALL the staff to ask that the child be removed for safetly reasons. If the sibling will compromise in anyway, the class enviroment or safetly in the gym you will be asked to leave and we can arrange a make up class where possible. 

We understand that children get sick and other things may come up that interrupt your attendance to the term. For this reason we offer make up classes that can be attended at either the Lane Cove or Greenwich centre. Make up classes are offered as a courtesy within your current term, they are not carried over to the next term. In the unforeseen circumstance that the centre needs to be closed due to teachers illness etc… you will be offered a make up class anytime within a 6 month period. 

Safety Guidelines

  • Please do not leave your child unattended – you are responsible for your child’s safety, so please be with them at all times on the equipment and the mat.
  • Scooter boards – Please ensure that the scooter boards are turned over when not in use. They are designed to be used with your child lying on their back or their front.
  • Trampoline – If your child is jumping alone, be sure that there is one child jumping at a time. Two children can be jumping at one time if they are holding their parent’s hands.
  • Please, NO running in the gym or on the mats.
  • No shoes or food are allowed in the equipment and mat areas.

NO PHOTOGRAPHY ALLOWED AT ANY TIME IN THE MAT ROOM UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH THE CENTRE STAFF.
